For the last ten years, I have been using Fresh Floor & Kitchen, Inc. for all of my carpeting contracting. I wouldn't use anybody else.
They provide me with a book full of samples, so my tenants can easily pick what colors and types they like. They also provide the installations, and I find them to be very flexible to my tenants' needs. The subcontractors they use are very good and work whenever we need them too.
It's been a really great experience.
