I was very impressed with Audio-Video Synergy. Incredibly helpfull and knowledgeable. Their expertise was apparent from the very beginning. In addition, they were able to be competitive with teh "big box" stores. This made my choice to transact my business with them easy! The only challenge is availability of local inventory. I did have to wait 6 days to get my purchase delivered. And as everyone knows.... Once we buy something, we look for the instant gratification of setting it up and using it. Even with the wait, I will absolutley use these guys again. Great shop and great service.
