For me personally, anytime I call Amerishield Security Solutions, even if it's when an employee has called in during the day and says, "I can't do my shift this afternoon," they are always eager to find a replacement. They'll say, "We've got you covered. If they're going to be late, we'll give you a call." They're real efficient to communicate and always find somebody. Usually they'll try and send someone who's been here before. Sometimes it might be a little longer than what the normal shift would be, but that's okay.

A couple weeks ago we had a small fire in one of the apartments and the person on shift handled it perfectly. He did everything by the book and we really appreciated having him there. He called all the proper people, took notes--he did it all.

I really do appreciate them.
