We use Amerishield's patrol service with the cameras. Their customer service is always keen. The response time is very quick, which is important to us. Any time issues were resolved quickly. You would not have to be worried about the after-hour issues because the team they have in place actually does the monitoring for us. I don't need to worry because they do it all.
