After my first visit, I received a hand-written thank you note asking for the opportunity for them to earn my trust. They certainly have! I've had several random issues come up (broken tire lug nut and bolt, failed gas cap as diagnosed by the emissions inspectors) and Swedish has handled them all professionally and quickly. They even give me a ride to my office so I don't have to wait while they work. I highly recommend Swedish Motors for any Volvo service work!
