Aamco of Charlotte is always timely. I've had two cars fixed there over the last three years. Billy, the Service Rep there, is really good at communicating issues. They are always able to fix things in a timely fashion, if not, they'll provide rides to and from work or home, which is great for someone with a busy work schedule. You get what you pay for, you're paying to get the work done right the first time. I've gone to the dealers, and you end up paying a large amount of money and most times the issues are not fixed and you have to take it back! I highly recommend Aamco of Charlotte to anybody looking for a good shop!
