Mine is a new system just 6 months old so you can imagine my frustration when it went out on the late afternoon of 4 July. I called in and Alfred (?) returned my call within 5 min. and told me how to get it temporarily back running again until he could get somebody out here. Within 45 min., Edwin (?) Was knocking on my door and got it all unclogged and tidied up. Total downtime was about an hour and a half. Throw in the courtesy of these 2 men and you hit a grand slam home run with us.
