Jim worked for another company we had used prior, and when he left, we followed him to Cisco Steam Clean. We've had them out a couple of times to clean our carpet and we've always been happy with the results. Recently, we had them in to clean our tile floors. They did a very, very good job! We've been in the house for about six years, and we were very impressed that they were able to get the grout clean again to the color it was originally!
