He gives great quotes and lets you know exactly what your car needs, and doesn't need--which is a good thing! I like Franklin Street & Auto's timeliness--he lets you know what the work will be finished and will finish by that time. I've been a customer of Franklin Street Tire & Auto for about six months, and my experience with them has been excellent!
