I had a rear differential problem, and I was calling around trying to find someone to fix it and someone had recommended him. I called him and he seemed knowledgeable. Just based on how he was describing the problem he had called it on the phone. When I took it in he showed me what the problem was, why I experienced what I did, and what happened to the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was going to do.
