Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was excellent. They were prompt, and they were thorough. They told me that they weren't pleased until I was pleased. Well, after they packed up and got ready to go, I found a couple of areas I wasn't satisfied with. They had to come back in, unpack their stuff, get the ladder out, and fix those areas, but they were very nice and all smiles the whole time.

I've recommended them to neighbors of mine and they did such a great job they were just tickled! I can't say enough good about these guys.
