The picture on the website shows that they use a rotary brush but they do not. My carpets were saturated with water and took over 16 hours to dry. Other companies that I have used would vacuum the remaining water up. I was really concerned about the padding under the carpet and what all the standing water would do to it. I would not recommend this company to my family or friends.
