When he first arrived, I couldn't find the inspector's report that prompted the repairs, but when I did I was pleased to see that Jeff noticed the exact issues the inspector had. This inspired a lot of confidence in his abilities.

Jeff completed the work that day, and I found the price to be quite fair. Speaking of the price, I didn't have any checks handy when Jeff was leaving, and he allowed me to mail it to him.
