I had an air conditioning unit installed by jiffy a little more than a month ago and its stop working, when I contacted jiffy i was given the run around about my warrenty on a bran new unit then told no one would be able to come out. I call back about 2 hours later and question them on their web site which adverstises 24/7 service and ask them what that means. after confronting them then has some one come out about 9:00pm to look at the unit, which turn out to have a manufacture defect. the service tech told me that they could not make any repairs and had to contact the manufacture of the unit (Rudd). I was told i would recieve a call in the morning. the next day no one call while I sat home waiting all day ,so i call at 1:00pm, was put on hold for 10 min then told some one would call me back.when I got the call back they had no information to give me but said they would contact the manufacture and call me in about an hour and give me an update. almost four hour and nothing from Jiffy. more to follow....
