The tech comes out to do our biannual inspection and simply does his job while explaining what he is doing. He doesn't spend a bunch of time trying to sell a bunch of add-on $@!#% (that quite frankly should have been part of the original system if it were so critically important!!!) Much better than my previous service company who claimed to be "experts".
