First, Frymire responded quickly. We were hearing a noise, plus it was time for our 6 month maintenance. I thought I would be waiting at least a week, or more,but...Moe came out that day, in fact earlier than we were told, which we appreciated greatly. Moe was very thorough, polite, spending time with my husband to explain what was going on with our unit. We were pleased with Moe and Frymire. We have highly recommended Frymire to friends.
