A technician came by to do the winter inspection. The tech was not familiar with my electronic filter, and misdiagnosed a problem. A second tech had to come out on another day, and, although not familiar with the filter, called in for assistance, correctly diagnosed the problem, and informed me as to how to avoid it in the future. I believe the first technician should have done the same to avoid 2 service calls.
Although Frymire missed the mark on this occasion, in the 10 years we've had the system, and been serviced by Frymire, they have done an outstanding job. We are very pleased, and we do recommend their service.
