Tim and Derrick did an excellent job on both the a/c tune up and duct cleaning. They found a bad capacitor in the A/C unit and explained why we needed surge protectors.
When they cleaned the ducts, all vents were taped up and no residue made it in to the house. They then removed the tape and vacuumed up even though we saw nothing. Very personable and accomplished the job in about 4 hours total.
