I do know if you changed your policy? The person who came checked only the heaters and did not even look at the air-conditions units. Previous times they looked at both systems- Air-conditioning units and the heating units. Even though I told him what previous times the service people did. I hope everything is OK with the systems. Thank you for your service. I have never used anyone's service other than your services.
