Very frustrated. Thought everything was fine when the technician left my home. On Friday, my pest control person came, went up to the attic and smelled gas. When I called at 4 p.m. on Friday, the man I spoke to I felt was rude. The plumber that came on Saturday was very nice. He found a gas leak. I'm curious how after my furnace was check that there was a gas leak. What if my pest control person hadn't come and smelled the gas and it had built up? I had to pay for 2 calls - my annual renewal and for the plumber. I am rethinking my service contract. I have spoken to the rude person before and because of him I have used other plumbers (you have lost business because of him). I have friends who have used other companies and have been really happy - I've been a faithful customer, but that is being rethought.
