We've been loyal customers of this company for 15 years now and have seen the cost of the renewal of the Frymire Preferred Service contract go up, up, up while the quality and quantity of actual service has gone down and down. The supposed discounts provided over the years have become questionable. We are unhappy with this decline.

Dear customer: thank you for being a longtime, loyal customer. We've changed our service agreement pricing only twice in the last 15 years. Our discounts and priority service remains unchanged. We feel these are substantial benefits. We are sorry that you don't believe our recent service is commensurate with the service agreement you paid for. Is there a more specific concern or question about service?
