The 7/9 visit neither met the scheduled time of 8:00am to 9:00am showing up in late afternoon nor was it satisfactorily completed. A call to the office said service started at 9:00 a.m. The 9:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. also didn't happen. The finished job was incomplete. Today, the scheduled 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. timeframe was met in a timely fashion. This portion of the final fix was 5 star thanks to Mike R. His attentiveness and concern to finish the faucet job
