The manufacturer of my A/C agreed to replace a part as I was having some problems with the system. The technicians arrived on time but the part that the manufacturer sent was not the right one. This happened twice. They finally took my part over so they could see what was needed. They finally got the right part and 8 hours later, it was installed. I appreciate their perseverance and patience in this situation (better than mine) and they were so nice, so professional and so understanding. They are really good people and an asset to Frymire.
