Never gave a cost quote - disjointed process
I have one A/C unit that was thought to have leaking coil and I wanted Frymire to come out and: 1. Confirm that was indeed the problem and 2. Give me a cost quote to repair.
The technician showed up on time and performed the diagnostic, confirming that the coil was leaking. He finished up around 1115a, at which point I asked the logical question of how much it would be to repair.
He couldn't provide a quote and stated that a "salesperson would be giving me a call shortly." Two hours go by and no one calls, even though I emphasized (since it was 94f out) that I was anxious to get a cost quote and move forward. I then call the main number and again stress the need for a cost quote. The dispatcher tries to find someone and says "Tony will call me back." Of course, Tony never does and now it is 3 days later.
I feel like it was a complete waste of time and a hugely inefficient process. I won't use them again.
