The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The tune-up was done in a timely fashion and a full explanation was made of all that he found. Unlike the previous company I had been using, I didn't feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman during the process. Nice to find an AC company that values its customers and good customer service.
