I needed to have our HVAC system and Water Heaters inspected. I was glad that I could have all service completed through one company on the same day. The person that assisted with scheduling the appointment was very friendly. I also received a text notification ahead of my scheduled appointment times. The HVAC technician was very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and was very thorough with servicing our HVAC system. I was not as pleased with the plumbing technician. I was of the understanding that it would only cost me a trip charge of $69 to inspect our water heater if no work was required, but instead I was charged $151 for the 10 minutes it took him to look at the water heaters. I didn't expect that any work would be needed since the water heaters are less than 2 years old, but I wanted piece of mind that there were no issues with them. I expected the plumber to be proactive in providing feedback on water heater maintenance and draining, but I felt he was disinterested and not customer service focused. I would definitely recommend Frymire for HVAC service needs. However, I could not rate my service with 5 stars due to short fall of service provided by the plumbing technician.
