The people are very professional and the plumber showed up as scheduled. (He was 2 hours later than scheduled, but the office called that morning and asked if that was okay since the previous job was running late and I agreed.) Everything BUT the price was fantastic. However, they charged nearly twice what I have been charged in the past to replace the inside of a toilet. As a result, I'm not sure I would recommend them to anyone unless it was a dire emergency, and that's too bad because I got their names off of Angie's List and this is my only disappointing experience from that.
