I'm now in my 2nd year of a multi-year maintence contract on a complete new heating and air conditioning system. In that time two minor parts have been replaced (free). The twice per year maintenance seems to be very thorough but takes less than an hour. You select an appointment date, they call when on the way, and now send an email with the technician's photo for ID purposes. Happy with my Trane and with Frymire service as well - absolutely no issues.
