The service tech emailed my receipt which only showed the amount I was charged. I had to send another email to get the breakdown of service charges. In the future, I expect an option of a hard-copy invoice or a detailed electronic receipt. I suggest you check Texas Law on this issue. You are a very good company but do not assume or think you can only provide an electronic receipt.
