Dennis,the service tech was on time & started working right away. It did take almost 1/2 hour to locate the buried cut-off valve & discuss the problems we were having with the house slab shifting.
Only draw back was the smoking on job site while waiting for the water pressure test; would have preferred he smoke in his truck.
