When we first signed on with Frymire, it was difficult to pinpoint why our system was struggling to cool our house. When Ken came out on a later call for the first time, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it easily. I am always glad when he shows up for routine mainteance calls. He is always so courteous, prompt, helpful, and goes the extra mile on making sure everything is cleaned out and working. Someone that good is difficult to find. I hope they are paying him enough because he is a great worker and apparently exemplifies Frymire's reputation.
