I decided to use Frymire again this year in spite of problems I had with them two years ago.

Without getting into detail as to what went wrong, that cost me money I didn't need to spend, generally they do a good job. One issue I have expereinced over the years is that many of the reps consistently try and upsell whenever they can. That can be a real pain. The man that came over this time was very professional and did a great job.

Frymire did a pretty good job reconciling the issue I had in 2011 and I thought I would try them again.
