I have always received good service when the tech shows up at my house. Where I have a problem is when I try to request service.The last time I requested service on line and never hear from anyone.When I call they said there was no record of my request. The lady was very rude and implied that if I didnt like waiting until december to get a routine service then too bad(This was in October). Also she said in rude tone "well we tried to call you". Yet I had no message on my answering machine. I hate getting attitude when trying to set up service.
