Not too good

The very next day after your service my system started leaking.Apparently the drain line backed up. Luckily I had a wet vac to clean it up. I thought the price and installation of the capacitor was ridiculous. I bought one for $15 before. The tech charged $60!! That's BS!! I work for McDonald's Corp as a Consultant and I would not recommend your company at this point.

Our service manager spoke to the customer and express our apologies. When our technician checked and cleared the drain line, he failed to prime the trap. The customer was pleased that we contacted him.
