I was very impressed. Sometimes when these "check-up" service people come out, they try to sell you on service contracts and unneeded upgrades. Not so with Frymire. Technician got to work immediately with a minimum of chit-chat and when he finished, he told me exactly what I needed to know about caring for my AC unit -- no jargon, no sales pitch, just the facts. I would definitely call them again!
