Carmen is amazing
After our two cats died, we had rats under the house. Carmen discovered the classic rat hole. She is a lovely, petite woman with long, beautiful hair but she quickly donned protective gear and crawled under the house. I was amazed.
My only complaint is the robo call appointment remeinder, but they graciously stopped it when I asked.
