Scheduled weeks in advance to avoid double booking issues for 12pm on move in day. 12:15 comes around and movers are no where to be found so I call Apache to find out where my movers are and then say they double booked and that the only option I have is to reschedule for the next day. Told them this is not an option as I have to move out that day and then they told me they'd call me back between 5-6. Received no call from either the movers or HQ with an update and I wasn't sure if they were going to show up at all. I called 3 times, left 2 voicemails and even sent emails and received no update.

It wasn't until 6:45 a mover called me to let me know they were on their way. This lack of communication is unacceptable. On top of that, they broke my lamp and are only offering me $10 to cover it. DO NOT USE APACHE AS THEY WILL NOT HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING.
