When I returned to Austin from Houston, the moving company of 3 men loaded the trucks, drove to Austin and unloaded in 9 hours drive time included. Fast forward to 2019 using this outfit to move me 30 miles, it took 3 men 12 hours to move 3/4 of belongings then handed me a bill for a job not finished. They do not protect your personal belongings. I had some damage, albeit minor, there is principle involved with n effort to discuss costs.

I told them what would be needed to make the move. They showed up under equipped to do the move stating all they had available was one 40' trailer....which required multiple trips at 100.00 per trip charge plus the hourly rate.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE BAD TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They use subcontractors to do the work and not employees. AVOID this outfit like the plague.
I will hire a real moving company to complete my move while having my lawyer begin a lawsuit process against these thieves.
