I am from out of state and my knowledge of Plenarius Comfort Solution's expertise was cold. I did some internet research and they were the most recommended at that point. I spoke directly with Alex and he was knowledgeable and informative, which I was very grateful for. He was right on telling me when he could come out and I set up appointment. He helped me immensely.
