My husband and I really appreciate Tricias skill and persistence when faced with a challenge. She shows up when she says she will or calls if she cant. Her attention to the ecology of our planet is inspiring and her recommendations always helpful. We like that she recycles old parts and leaves the work area clean, value her professionalism and general knowledge and recommend her to anyone we know who has plumbing issues or questions. We trust the work she does and appreciate the way she follows up if anything is not fully resolved the first time. She has worked on our boiler and several other plumbing issues so far.
