My insurance company recommended Clark Auto Body when I was in an accident. I called them and asked when a good time would be for me to bring my car in. They told me to bring it to them the next morning because they had already been in contact with my insurance company and had started the process and would have the parts that afternoon. They did just that! They had contacted the rental company so when I got there, they were already there waiting for me to drive me to pick up my rental car.

Picking it up took all of five minutes, including the paperwork. When I got my car back it was pristine. They had detailed inside and outside the car. I had been using my car to move plants, soil and horse feed so it was beyond a simple vacuum cleaning job and it was spotless! The mirrors were adjusted and everything looked brand new. The paint is perfect. They even told me to come back in thirty days for a wax coat.

Nothing about my experience was iffy. In the event that I have another incident like this happen, I would go back to them without hesitation. I appreciated them very much. They turned a not so good experience into the best possible experience. And when you have a group who knows what they're doing and are so professional and courteous it's hard to go wrong!
