The quality of work was excellent, but customer service is lacking. For some reason discussing specifics of what you want is irritating to this company. Workers showed up to measure the gate without calling and were very loud, scheduling was last minute, and we had to go down to the showroom to look at samples. The person who installed the gate did a perfect job, but was obviously frustrated and unfriendly. I highly recommend their work, but the customer service is poor.
