I first used Solar Bear for a promo deal, offering a free in-home plumbing check. When the heater in my home blew up this winter, I called them again. They came out on a Saturday to investigate the problem, which I thought was exceptional. They even put us up in a hotel while we waited on the new unit to be put in, since we didn't have any heat.

The service tech was prompt and courteous. He had most of the necessary parts right away, but a few took a little longer to order. Solar Bear do a good job, and I would recommend them. I'll definitely use them again.
