I have used John Waters, Inc. twice now, and each experience has worked out very well. I first called them during an ice storm. The electrical wiring was pulled from my house, and I was without power. The John Waters crew came out in the middle of the night--it must have been two or three in the morning--and preformed all the necessary repairs. The conditions outdoors were cold and miserable. I was impressed that they were willing to deal with the problem themselves, rather than waiting for the city to get around to it.

Just recently I had John Waters out again, because I always like to have my air conditioner checked before the season starts. I had noticed the unit wasn't running well at the end of last season, but didn't have it fixed then because a fellow with another company had wanted $400 just to perform some diagnostic tests. The John Waters repairman immediately found an issue during the course of routine service, and dealt with it correctly at a fraction of the other company's fee.

I really have had a good experience each time I've used John Waters. They have been prompt and easy to deal with, and offer very reasonable rates, as well. I will be using them in the future for all of my electrical and heating and air needs.
