John Waters Inc. & their technicians are top notch and they have my back. This assurance is worth its weight in gold. They usually have all of my replacement parts and filters required to keep my systems operating with peak performance, (furnace, heat pump, generator). I've had technicians John and recently Jason out to perform tune-ups and both fellas are down to earth and helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I may have, and they wore booties when they had to work inside the house!
