I found Mr. Cool through an internet search. They installed a new central heating and air unit on my roof. I shopped around at first, and they had the lowest bid of anyone I called, so I hired them. They arrived promptly at the time we had agreed upon, and did a great job.

I found the service Mr. Cool provides to be very customer focused. At one point, they had trouble with a part and had a replacement brought out without delay. They are very honest, too. At the end of the job the handed me a bill for a higher price than I was quoted originally. When I showed them the quote, which was apparently the last year's price, they honored it. This impressed me, and I would have no trouble recommending them.
