They appear to do a good job but, but they never made any attempt to show me what happened or demonstrate at the end that it worked.
When I worked with Mr. Cool Air Conditioning, the guy who was running the job was present and there was helper was in the house. For some reason, he stopped working but left a hole open in the ground. Without knowing, I stepped in and hurt myself. It wouldn't have taken him 2 minutes to fix it or cover it. It was not very good work practice. I had to have contractors come and put a a board on it.
