When I first contacted you we agreeded to have someone come out to estimate the job. Later I rec'd a call saying you could give the estimaate over the phone. I said OK. The phone estimate was 357.00. My thought was that 357.00 was low & turned out it was low-- 935.43 I don't think your phone estimates are a such a good idea. Many homeowners will not understand everything that MUST be done and an on site person can offer suggestions to improve the job.
