Just Roses Plus is beyond a 5. I have recommended them before, and I always will. Ever since my daughter used them for a wedding, it is the only place I've gone. They will kind of listen to what your needs are, then help you choose the flowers or the colors that would be the best for your situation, whether it's a funeral, or a baby shower, or whatever, they take the time to ensure you're getting what would be perfect for the occasion.
