Premier Pacific Roofing did a good job at my house some time ago and they also on my tenant's house. The only thing that I was not too happy about is that I thought the material should last 25 years, at least that was my understanding of it, but the warranty came up and that is only for 10 years. That's no the the impression I got before. I didn't even know that there was an expiration for it but if there were, I thought it was at least 25 years.
The person that came to my house, they said it should be 25 or 30 years and he didn't even give me a warranty. This is the first time I received a warranty, he said 50 years before so I assumed 50 years. But then the tenants said they got a warranty this time and it was 10 but when he did it for my house he said it was 50 years, but he just said that and I trusted him with that, I never saw it on paper.
